I started Taystee Sips because bartending has always been where I’ve had the most fun! It’s about the energy, the connections, and the unforgettable moments that happen when people come together over a great cocktail. There’s also something special about being part of moments where people come together—whether it’s a holiday, a wedding, or a celebration of life’s big (or small) milestones. I love being able to set the tone for a great time, making sure every guest feels the energy, excitement, and warmth that a well-crafted drink and a welcoming bar can bring.

With five years in the bartending and hospitality industry, I got my start while balancing life as a student-athlete at UTRGV. After graduating, I moved to Houston and continued perfecting my craft at bars, restaurants, and clubs across the city. Now, I’m bringing that experience directly to you, making every sip stress-free and every moment memorable.
When I’m not behind the bar, you’ll probably find me dreaming up new ways to grow Taystee Sips (maybe even internationally one day—I'm a Pisces what can I say), curating the perfect event aesthetics, or sipping on my go-to Ranch Water or Mango Mojito.
